Fantin's products feature highly accurate finishing, obtained also through a renewed and flexible painting system, which use epoxypolyester thermoset powders.

All metal components undergo a previous degreasing and phosphating process, followed by the powder coating and then by the curing in a tunnel oven at 190°C.

The parameters of washing, drying and oven curing processes are controlled to meet the acceptability standards set by Fantin.

The powder used are heavy metal free (lead, chrome, etc...), so they have reduced toxicity and a limited environmental impact.

Here are the RAL codes of most common colours used in our painting department. There are also some colours not coded in RAL range; our Sales Office will be at Your disposal to give further information.
The display quality of the colours on screen depends on your monitor's and graphic card's specifications.
